We offer delivery everywhere in Quebec.

All our furniture is manufactured upon order. Therefore, please allow 15 business days for your chair to be manufactured. Our partner will deliver your chair in the following days.


We guarantee our customers' satisfaction!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to obtain a refund. We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. A fee equivalent to 25% of your purchase value will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

Here is the step by step procedure and the conditions to process a return:

  • Have in hand the invoice of the product for which the return is asked.
  • Fill out the customer service form and specify your order number as well as the reason for the return.
  • Take pictures of the product for reference when a customer service representative will contact you.
  • Print the return form which will be sent to you if your return is accepted.
  • Send back the package to Bouty, at your cost, within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
  • Returned items may be subject to inspection prior to refund.
  • To receive a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition. Packaging must be completed, including assembly instructions.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 15 business days from the time of reception of the returned order to obtaining a refund.

We do not make any exchanges. To order new items, you must fill out the customer service form in order to receive a refund and then, you will be able to place a new order on our site.

Missing or damaged parts

Bouty makes every effort to ship each order with care and precision. However, if a part is missing or has been delivered damaged, you may contact customer service to have a representative assisting you.


Bouty guarantees its products and components for residential use against all manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years, with the exception of upholstery. Only the original purchaser may availehimself of this warranty.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal use or commercial use, breakage resulting from improper use, abuse or caused by use under unusual conditions or by alteration of the original product and if maintenance was not been done in accordance with the recommendations available on our website.

Bouty reserves the right to honor or not the warranty following inspection of the goods for which the warranty may apply.

Bouty does not make any refunds. Products under warranty will be replaced by items of equivalent value.
