Absolutely. We provide security when using your credit card on our website. Confidential information is transmitted through the same encryption system used by financial institutions.

You can pay for your purchases with VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

Is it possible to change the fabric or material of a product?
Our office chairs are carefully designed and are only available in the choice of materials, sizes and colors shown on our online store.

Can I try the chairs on before ordering online?
Absolutely. We invite you to contact one of our retailers listed on the Try our products page to scheduled a visit.

Can I order replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available for some of our models. Please contact us for more information.

Are the colors of the products represented accurately?
Colors and textures are represented as accurately as possible on our web site, but the colors displayed may vary from one monitor to another.

Is it possible to send me samples or visuals of the fabric colors?
No. Our team strives to present the colors and textures of the chairs as accurately as possible in order to facilitate your choice of color from our site.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or to modify your order. We will be happy to provide you with the appropriate options depending on the status of your order. Please note that changes to an already scheduled order may cause additional costs.

How can I verify the status of my order?
We do not offer order tracking service during the manufacturing process. However, you should allow 10 days for the manufacturing of your office chair. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order.

Is delivery outside Quebec available?
We currently only offer delivery in the province of Quebec only. Stay tuned for further developments!

Do I have to assemble the office chair myself?
No, our chairs are already fully assembled for you.

What is the return policy for online orders?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to obtain a refund. We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
A fee equivalent to 25% of the order value will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not make any exchanges. To order new items, you must fill out the customer service form to receive a refund. You will then be able to place a new order on our site.

How should I maintain my office chair to help it work its best?

Finally I would need carpet casters, is it possible to swap the casters?
It is not possible to exchange the existing casters. However, you can order new casters adapted to your type of floor. Please contact us for more information.
